about me
Hey, I’m Hendrik. I am an AI-driven designer who empowers and mentors teams of junior to senior UX/UI designers to deeply dive into the users perspective. In my free time, I’m a passionate gun dog lover, spending most of it wandering through forests and meadows in Southern Germany.
With a technical background in web development I specialized in UX 12 years ago. After raising my own digital agency for more than 6 years it was the right time for a new chapter. I went offline and started a craft business fueled by my passion for camper conversions. Within a year, I built a team of carpenters, electricians and tailors, to build individual high-quality camper vans based on Sprinter or Crafter. But I always missed what I love the most, so here I am – back to the roots!
I’m currently leading a talented UX design team at 711media, one of the 100 largest digital agencies in Germany, specialized on B2B in the DACH region.

I do all kind of stakeholder management, collaborating with all levels up to C-suite. My focus is on breaking down internal structure views and bringing the user’s perspective to the forefront, ensuring that decisions are deeply informed by real user needs.
I also provide strategic advice on digitalization and system infrastructure, guiding organizations through the complexities of modernizing their digital landscapes while keeping user experience at the core.
